Sandra Bullock confirmed she has in fact adopted a little girl!
After months of speculation when a paparazzi snapped a picture of her with a little girl, Bullock announced she has adopted a little girl named Laila (pronounced Lila.)
Laila is Bullocks second adopted child, her first is a son named Louis. In an interview with People Magazine, Bullock said she kept it secret because she did not want to jeopardize the process of adoption by letting the news spread across social media and magazines.
“Most foster children are in foster care because they were taken from their birth homes under tragic circumstances — and the last thing I wanted was to bring more harm to her because of the nature of my job,” Bullock said to People.
Now that the adoption is official Bullock is being completely open about her newest family member and is even on the cover of People with her two little ones.
